We are in the unconventional workplace era where the ideal workspace should be a destination for both productivity and culture, providing a spectrum of diverse work settings. Located in the heart of the University of Michigan campus, with thoughtful design elements woven throughout, the transformation of this office space created an environment for open communication and spontaneous collaboration. The result is a retro-inspired workspace creating an environment rich in beautiful textures and materials, but still dynamic and flexible. Raghad’s favorite was the unconventional inviting cafeteria spaces with its turf flooring where employees can eat, meet, recharge, and hangout picnic-style daily.
