With nearly two decades of experience in the real estate and construction industry, Raghad has cultivated a deep passion for luxury renovations and new builds, blending a meticulous eye for detail with a forward-thinking design approach. Growing up in the Old City of Nazareth as the daughter of a prominent and innovative architect and urban planner, Mr. Ibrahim Dweiry, has profoundly shaped Raghad. It’s no wonder she has a strong appreciation for renovated historic buildings that combine the charm of the past with a modern twist.

Guided by her principle of “quality over quantity,” Raghad has made this her motto for Farah Luxury Living. She takes a hands-on approach to managing each project, overseeing every detail from concept to completion, treating each space as her own. By focusing on a select number of projects and collaborating only with the most skilled tradespeople, she ensures her commitment to producing exceptional homes, offices, and living spaces, where quality and elegance never take a backseat.

Raghad believes that real estate and design go hand in hand like form with function. In the perfect balance, these opposites thrive together and make a house a home, and an office a productive space for collaboration. She has been exposed to the world of real estate development through her diverse role at West Second Streel Associates LLC (WSSA). WSSA is a national full-service real estate investment and development company with a 30-year history of in excess of 100 successful investment and development projects throughout the United States. This has given Raghad the unique ability to see a property for what it could be, and her experience and connections in the local construction industry have given her the opportunity to use the best trades to create and implement her vision.

Holding two Cum Laude degrees from TECHNION – Israel Institute of Technology, along with an MBA with honors from the University of Michigan, Raghad has the expertise to manage every project from start to finish, creating turnkey living and working spaces that exceed the highest standards of elegance, innovation, and craftsmanship.

On a personal note, Raghad’s passion for luxury real estate development grew even stronger, thanks to the encouragement of her husband Troy, co-founder of West Second Street Associates, who is a visionary and respected real estate executive. His influence has been instrumental in shaping the company and its vision. Raghad’s proudest and most fulfilling role, however, is being the loving mother of Zane and Jolie. Beyond her professional aspiration, she is deeply committed to her local community, actively serving on multiple boards and committees. She has been a long-time member of the St. Jude Detroit Gala committee, serves on the National Board of the Arab American National Museum, and has previously chaired the Flint Institute of Arts’ largest fundraising event. She also spearheaded the fundraising campaign for the renovation of St. George Orthodox Church.
